I’m Ina McBean, an executive leader with 15 years of experience advancing student success, workforce development, and organizational excellence across higher education, nonprofits, and national healthcare organizations. I believe deeply in the power of people, and in the environments, relationships, and opportunities that help them thrive.

My career has centered around helping students, teams, and leaders grow. I love connecting learning with opportunity, building pathways that prepare people for what comes next, and strengthening the environments where they learn and work.
